The premise

This article outlines a business case to validate the business model before moving to a larger scale.

Hypothesis 1: Media can be scaled the same way as growth companies

Hypothesis 2: Media provides a way to scale consultancy businesses exponentially instead of just linearly.  

The RadicL thoughts of this article are; 

  1. What if you invest in media like you’d invest in startups?

  2. Future entrepreneurs will be media natives, growing up with a habit of using media to grow and connect with their networks. 

  3. What if you monetize the product discovery process? Forming a new way to practice EIR (Entrepreneur In Residence) activities within Venture Capital companies.

RadicL Media is a hybrid media production company that combines the best of three worlds: Startups, Media, and Consulting.

For Consumers: Pre-vetted high-quality knowledge content within the domains of 1) Environmental Awareness and Social impact, 2) Organizational and Personal Health, and 3) The things that make life easier and provide the joy of living. 

For content Creators: Individuals and companies with world-class knowledge but need more resources to start or scale their business, RadicL media can provide you with these resources. 

For Startups in the Media Domain: Get a community of content creators who can invest time in testing the product or use your platform for distribution. As well as a community of investors with knowledge and interest in the space

For investors: Investors who are familiar with the startup world and act as L&Ps. This company presents a way to diversify investment portfolios and enable investments in consulting-type businesses as knowledge packaged into the suitable media is exponentially scalable, unlike work sold per hour. 

For Business Partners: A fully-fledged ecosystem with growing audiences provides a platform for marketing and advertising placements across channels.
