What is the Employee Lifecycle?
The employee lifecycle can be segmented into 11 distinct parts, as illustrated in the accompanying image. The way you navigate these phases hinges on your workforce strategy. This strategy encompasses company values, selected analytics, your company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, the prevailing compliance and legislation within the organization's operational domain and region, as well as the chosen total rewards structures.
