Just Thoughts #16: The book is here
10 years of Radicl Consulting, no wealth other than words left. Reflections over the finnish music ecosystem, Croatian tea, and Series review of Shogun.
The content in this article is “handwritten” and only co-piloted with Grammarly’s spell-checking and re-phrasing for the desired tone of voice. I’m dyslectic, so using it removes my cognitive impediments.

Reading these thoughts, you are either inspired or not. The first rule of reading these thoughts is asking yourself: Why should I think this way?
The highlight of the week: My Poetry Collection “Answers to Love, Life, and Leadership in an AI-driven world” went into print ⭐️
Most people my age are stereotypically in this middle-class country of Finland, either living the dream of a double-income household, climbing the career ladders, or figuring out family life with new additions to their families.
Me? I am divorced and an entrepreneur. I am relentlessly figuring out my place given my passions, debating my choices with family members, and feeling guilt over selfishly pursuing my interests over being able to provide for my kids adequately.
I could complain about the unfairness of my situation, but most people would roll their eyes, rightly so. I’m bored with so much privilege; it’s ridiculous. I am also extremely grateful for my journey. Ten years of having my own company is an achievement not many can say they’ve been able to do. If you look up the financials around it, it hasn’t accumulated what you’d consider monetary success; many entrepreneurs would’ve pulled the plug a long time ago.
I have contributed to what is now an event-hosting organization with assets totaling three trillion in management, contributing to the exponential growth of foreign capital invested in Finland. I’ve helped foreigners find jobs and helped maintain one of the best working cultures in the country. I’ve had the privilege of traveling and meeting many interesting people.
I’ve coached a handful of CEOs, Founders, and CXOs who are building a better future and leading better than I ever could. All while battling my internal mental health issues and challenges in my personal life.
After 10+ years, I’ve come out of this with a beautiful set of memories, wonderful people from all walks of life, and an ocean of experiences distilled into a straightforward book. That book is now here. I am a young person with an old soul. I have most of my life hopefully ahead of me, but if there were one thing I wanted to do before I die, it would be to write this book.
After all, we might just be gone tomorrow, so not going for what you want today when you know you want to may leave you with regret if tomorrow is not given.
The book is now available for pre-ordering + First Patrons for Ai Within Art.
My Poetry collection, Answers to Love, Life, and Leadership in an AI-driven World, is finally available for public pre-ordering. The first batch was ordered by friends during a birthday party three birthdays ago. When I received the gift, I was pretty speechless; when asked to share my words, all I could say was, “They will all be written in the book.” The illustrations are made by Jaana Suortti. The layout is by Yuzu Nakamura.
It can be pre-ordered on Line-cut and picked up at the event. I chose the platform because, after all, we’re talking about a launch “event.” Always eager to collaborate with friends where it makes sense. Founded by Santeri Everi, Line-cut aims to tap into the multibillion-dollar event industry by providing eventgoers with a seamless pre-purchase experience and acting as an extension of the event teams to handle pre-event sales-related activities.
Get yours; we have only made a few available for this first printing batch! I want to express my deepest gratitude to the friends who believed in me and wanted to support my work back then.
I’d also like to thank the first Patrons for Ai within Art. The first four have been purchased, with one more earmarked. The first five names are mentioned in the paid subscription section. We have 15 patron tickets available
We’re still looking for more as we hope to cover the costs of organizing the event. Patrons can purchase their tickets directly on the event page and will get the following:
- A copy of the book
- A poster set of choosing from the event and
- Invite to the Opening
- Mentions in marketing material (optional)
The paid content this week will feature some Croatian tea secrets, a recap of this week's interview with Roope Rainisto, and a reflection on the state of the Finnish music ecosystem. Furthermore, I watched and reviewed Shogun, the series, and shared a poem.
