Just Thoughts #14: We Launched AI within Art!
Launching the art exhibition / book launch event and discussing the case for DEI in organizations.
The content in this article is “handwritten” and only co-piloted with Grammarly’s spell-checking and re-phrasing for the desired tone of voice. I’m dyslectic, so using it removes my cognitive impediments.
This publication aims to remain independent in a world of conflicting interests. To achieve this goal, it seeks reader support. Subscribe to get the entire archive of thoughts, and by supporting this publication, you endorse independent thinking.
Just Thoughts is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.
Reading these thoughts, you are either inspired or not. The first rule of reading these thoughts is asking yourself: Why should I think this way?
The highlight of the week: I went Sailing and we kicked-off AI within Art!
The free publication includes thoughts from inside a head, while the paid version has answers to questions outside of it. The free is for me; the paid is for you.
"There is nothing more powerful than an idea whose time has come, and nothing more obliquely pervasive than ideas whose time won’t go.”
I will skip the long reflection on learning this week and say that the learning curve when launching new endeavors is much cheaper than learning new things in stable environments. For you to know, a social platform will only allow you to do a live stream once you attain a certain number of followers. Hence, we streamed the kick-off for AI within Art on my profiles, as they have the most reach.
Interestingly, most streaming platforms allow you to tap into your guest speakers' accounts directly, making it possible to grow audiences quickly. These are elegant features if you want to scale your new brand quickly.
Finally, I found two topics I'd write about in the upcoming Just Thoughts. One is Finland's ridiculously privileged sailing culture, inspired by my weekend trip with friends.
The second is mental health through my own experiences in the event industry and reflected upon through the lens of addiction and social media. As I realized connecting myself to platforms outside of LinkedIn and Substack again, that my digital footprints on other platforms tells a peculiar story, with a lot of holes in it. In addition, it mental health month globally, and my story for the Human Aspects pops up as one of the first hits when you search my name on the internet. They’ve labeled it “burnout” when in my mind it’s more a story about love.
In this weeks Just Thoughts I feature our launch of the event “AI within Art” in the free content, and under the paid content I discuss the case for DEI in organizations. Additionally, I have a movie review of The Creator and shed some light on what I experienced that led me to write the poem “The favorite part of me”.

AI Within Art
We did a kick-off discussion live on Friday! You can view the recording here. It includes some embarrassing screensharing, something you get when you’re live. Additionally, you can check our webpage here and sign up for the event here. We’re setting up social channels, but you can start by finding us on Instagram here and on LinkedIn here.
We’re now looking for sponsors and patrons for the event. As for the pre-marketing, we have some fantastic speakers lined up, such as an AI artist represented by the most valuable NFT art portfolio in the world and a serial entrepreneur and thought leader within the field of AI.
The exhibition will be free for attendees, and so will the access to the pre-event interview’s. However, we’re also launching the book Answers to Love, Life, and Leadership within an AI-driven world in its printed and edited form as a way for anyone to support the event and the initiative.
If you’re interested in getting involved in sponsoring, or helping in creating the event reach out! You can do so via the form on our webpage.
